REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS

We sincerely apologise if you aren't entirely satisfied with your order. Fortunately, Items purchased from ONEMORE. can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives.

Refunds can only be accepted if:

- items are unworn and in brand new condition with original packaging

- Items still have their tags attached

- Items have no sign of wear and tear, blemishes or odours.

Note: once your order is placed we are unable to modify/cancel the order.

RETURNS

In-order to issue a return, you must contact us the following via our email:

- Full name

- Order ID

- Reason for return

If acceptable, we will send you a return label which you can then use to send back to us via your selected courier. (You are responsible for the costs involved in returning your item/s.) Once we have received your package back, we will then do an inspection and issue a refund if appropriate. However, if your package gets lost in transit on the way to us, ONEMORE. is not responsible.

REPLACEMENTS

At ONEMORE. we do not offer replacements or store credit. As a result, we recommend that once you have been refunded, revisit our store to make the desired purchase.
