(a) We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order you place with us.
(b) We may, in our sole discretion, limit quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer account, the same credit card, or the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right terminate orders that, in our sole judgment, arise suspicion or appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
(c) You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

There may be a slight fit and feel difference in the same size across different colours and materials. In terms of colour, some colours require more dye and/or settling time than others. This is where the fabric and fit may feel different across some colours and materials. When it comes to allocating a size for yourself, please refer to our sizing charts on the page of the desired piece of apparel. We ALWAYS suggest to size up if you are in-between sizes to ensure the items are a comfortable and flexible fit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONEMORE. is not liable for these variants and deviations.

These Terms Of Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.
SECTION 8: RETURN TO SENDER - DOMESTIC ORDERS
In the scenario that your tracking information shows your parcel is being 'Returned to Sender (RTS)', it is likely the courier has encountered an issue with finalising your delivery, or multiple deliveries have been attempted without success. It can also indicate your parcel has been awaiting collection from a post office or parcel collection for an extended period of time.
When RTS packages are received by us, we will contact the customer as soon as practicable and may provide solutions for redelivery. In some scenarios, additional redelivery costs may be involved.
NOTE: If we do not receive a response from the customer within 5 working days of us contacting the customer, we will proceed to cancel the order and issue a refund
